Disaster Response

McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center is dedicated to ensuring that the highest level of quality care and service to our patients is maintained during any type of disaster. We continue to work closely with local emergency response agencies both for drill and preparation purposes, as well as in a real event.

In the case of a disaster or emergency event:

• If power is available, we will post updates on this website.
• If power is lost, McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center will coordinate with local emergency response agencies and news media to provide updates. Both have systems for continuing to communicate even during events resulting in a loss of power locally.
• As privacy laws allow (and providing power is available), information about disaster victims who are hospital patients would be posted here as well.
