EEG
The health of your nervous system is a very important part of overall health. McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center can use an EEG (electroencephalogram) to assess that health, recording the brain’s electrical activity through sensors attached to various points of the head. The results can then be used to monitor and diagnose conditions such as epileptic seizure, coma, dizziness and dementia.
The EEG (Electroencephalogram) lab is the first in Oregon to earn the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic & Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) accreditation and it is the only accredited EEG lab in Oregon.
